Upon arrival, I was immediately assisted with my bags and things, I was also welcomed with a friendly smile. The staff were very professional and also explained how certain things worked. The room was very nice and clean, I personally like hard beds so I found it good for my posture, I also enjoyed that the Tv had Netflix so I was able to squeeze in a movie which was honestly really good!! When you leave the building, there are many street food vendors around, I loved that it was so close so anytime of the night you can always walk downstairs and grab some snacks or food or anything you need.

Very cheerful and helpful staff on reception. They brought our luggage up and carried it to the taxi and advised places to eat. The room was very clean and looked to have been very recently upgraded , including bidet. Plenty of charging points and complimentary tea coffee water and pot noodles. The hotel is only 5 minutes by car from the international part of HCMC airport so ideal for catching early morning flights. Very good value for money.

The room was basic, but very clean with a comfy bed and shower. We wanted a cork screw, and the kind staff tried their best but to no avail. Perhaps we misunderstood, but had hoped we might get food but there was no room service. We only stayed 1 night in transit and for that purpose I would stay again. We didn't have a chance to explore the are but appreciate the hotel's proximity to the airport.

We only stayed for a night as we were catching an international flight the following morning, but the location was fantastic. Literally just down the road for the HCM airpirt (60000 VND trip). Staff were accommodating and helpful. Room was spacious, very clean, bed comfortanle and bathroom modern. Total value for money if you have a connecting flight at the airpirt and need somewhere to stay.

i was worried when I read reviews after booking .. however the staff were great friendly and super helpful ordering taxis and giving advice .. I booked a room with a window and I was glad that I did this .. we stayed 1 night before travelling and it was perfect ,,5 mins in the taxi to the international airport
